Dr . Aref Al-Hajj is a senior advisor to the company, and is an associate professor in the accounting department at Sana\'a University. He is a consultant in finance, investment, strategic planning and development of many local and international companies and organizations. Aref has extensive professional experience in planning, financial control, corporate governance and in assessing and developing institutional capabilities. He has also participated in many regional and international professional conferences.
